How does SweatStyle work?

It’s easy. Start by filling out a SweatStyle Profile and tell us all about your workout routine, size, style preferences and more.  We’ll get to work selecting the best fitness clothes and accessories for you. When your SweatStyle delivery arrives, you’ll have five days to try everything on in the comfort of your own home, keep what you like, and send back the rest in our prepaid mailer. You’ll only pay for what you keep, plus a $25 Sweat Fee which we’ll apply to any items you decide to purchase. 

As of January 2019, you can now choose from between our PREMIUM Box or our VALUE Box. More on this below!

What will I get in my SweatStyle delivery?

Your SweatStyle delivery will include a combination of fitness and lifestyle tops, bottoms, sports bras, outerwear and loungewear. You’ll get six items altogether – all mix-and-match pieces selected for your size, workouts, and preferences. If there are any items you don’t want us to send you, simply let us know in your SweatStyle Profile, which you can update at any time. The more information you give us, the better your SweatStyle will be! 

How long do I have to try on my items?

You have 5 business days from the date you receive your SweatStyle box to try on your clothes and get any returns in the mail.

How is each SweatStyle personalized?

Our SweatStyle Profile contains a series of questions designed to help us make the best selections for you. What’s more, we track your purchases and returns so we can learn more about what to send you in your next shipment. Our mission is to make you look and feel your best in your activewear, so you can always contact us with questions, feedback and suggestions for future deliveries at support@mysweatstyle.com.

Which brands do you work with?

We partner with all premium activewear and athleisure brands focusing on quality, fit, and style. We are constantly looking for the newest and best products available and are always updating our inventory and brands,  We like to include a mix of well-known brands and smaller up-and-coming ones to keep our offerings fresh, new, and exciting. We often get the latest styles before they hit retail stores, so you’ll be the first to sport the new looks!

What if something doesn’t fit me?

The more information you give us in your SweatStyle Profile, the easier it will be for us to select the right size for you in the brands we carry. We do offer exchanges but quantities are limited. Please email us at support@mysweatstyle.com and we’ll help as best we can!

What sizes do you offer?

Due to the size runs of the brands we carry, we currently offer sizes XS-XL, 0-12. We're always working to bring on the best brands and styles, and we hope to be offering a wider range of sizes soon.

What if I don’t like something you send?

It’s super easy to return an item you don’t want to keep. Simply check out online for what you want to keep and put any returns in the pre-paid bag that comes with your SweatStyle delivery and drop it off with USPS within 5 days of receiving it.

Can I request certain pieces?

We aren’t set up yet to take requests for specific pieces, but stay tuned for updates to our services so you can have even more say in what you get in your SweatStyle delivery!

What if I can't return my items within five business days?

If you need an extension or know you will not be able to returns your items within the allotted time, simply email us at support@mysweatstyle.com and we can assist you.

If you do not check out online or send your items back to us within five business days, you will receive two auto-emails from us notifying you that your time is up. If you do not check out or mail your returns back within 24 hours of receiving your second email, your card on file will be automatically charged for the items in your SweatStyle box. 

If you are charged, we will refund you for items returned within 30 days. Unfortunately, items returned 30 days or longer after you receive your box cannot be refunded. 


How much does SweatStyle cost?

There is no membership or subscription fee when you sign up for SweatStyle. We do charge a non-refundable and non-transferable $25 Sweat Fee with each shipment we send you. That fee will be credited to any items you decide to purchase.

What's more, if you spend $250, you'll receive 20% off your entire purchase. Discounts are determined after the application of promotional offers and prior to the application of the Sweat Fee credit.

Please note only one promotional offer may be used per box.

What is the VALUE Box versus the PREMIUM Box?

Beginning January 2019, we are very excited to announce the introduction of our all new VALUE Box, in addition, to continuing to enhance our original PREMIUM Box!

This VALUE Box option includes all the same high-end and luxurious brands as the original Premium Box, but at a discounted price as they are either an older season, style, or color. All items are still unworn, top quality, style, and fit, just not brand new to the market place and all prices are between 15% and 50% off original pricing!

Please note that the VALUE Box option is not eligible for the Spend $250 discount. Everything else remains the same about your SweatStyle experience.

How much do the clothes cost?

It depends on the item, and each shipment will include a range.

In our PREMIUM Box, tops and bras average $60 each; bottoms and outerwear average $90 each.  Our prices are similar to what you would pay in high-end boutique fitness and athletic apparel shops and we stick to the manufacturer’s suggested retail price. We do not charge a premium on the clothes we sell.  Each box ends up totaling between $300 and $400 but you only pay for what you keep. If you spend over $250, you also get 20% off of your entire purchase. 

In our VALUE Box, the items are between 15-50% off retail prices. Please note that the VALUE Box option is not eligible for the Spend $250 discount. 

When will I be charged?

Upon completing your SweatStyle Profile, you’ll be charged the $25 Sweat Fee. If you choose to keep any items, we ask that you check out online when you send back your returns and your Sweat Fee will be credited against those purchases, plus any discounts. Thereafter, you will be charged the $25 Sweat Fee when each subsequent box is shipped.

You can check out for your purchases by logging into your SweatStyle account and then click on View Order.

Items you are returning must be post-marked within five business days from the date of receipt of your delivery in order not to be charged for those items. If you cannot check out and return your items within that time frame, please contact us.

What if I have a dispute about a charge?

When will I receive my SweatStyle delivery?

You can select an approximate delivery date as early as 1 week from the current date. Upon signing up, you can choose to receive shipments every month, every other month, or every three months. We do our best to get your package to you on the date you request, but please allow a few extra days of delivery time, as sometimes packages are delayed in transit. You'll receive an email from us when your SweatStyle is shipped with tracking information.

How often will I receive a SweatStyle box?

You can select to receive your SweatStyle boxes every month, every other month or every 3 months. You can also select a one-time box delivery for any date you wish (at least one week out).

Can I change when I receive my SweatStyle delivery?

You can change your delivery frequency, or select a next delivery date, but please allow us 2 weeks to process the change.

Will I be charged for shipping?

No! Shipping is free both ways.



What is the return policy for sale?

All sale purchases are final. No exchanges. No returns will be accepted for refund or credit. Gift cards and promotional credits are not valid on sale purchases.



What if I can’t access my account?

Please email us at support@mysweatstyle.com and we’ll get you back up and running ASAP.

How can I cancel my account?

You can cancel your SweatStyle account at any time by logging into your account. Also please email us at support@mysweatstyle.com. Please allow us 30 days to fully process your cancellation.
