Sip Back And Relax

Picture this: you're done with your sweat session... now it's time to sip back and relax in those leggings you love! And while it's creeping towards fall, the temperatures are still warm and you aren't ready to say goodbye to summer quite yet. If you're nodding your head in agreement, here are 3 refreshing drinks for you!

The Brazilian

Approx. 240 calories... sip slowly and seductively! 
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine 1 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice, 2 oz. cachaca, 1/2 ounce agave nectar and 2 oz. purée of tropical fruit (like pineapple + papaya). Shake vigorously. 
Strain into an ice-filled highball glass and top with 1 oz. soda water (or more to taste). Garnish with a lime (or pineapple) wheel!

Sugar-Free Frozen Lemonade

Only 23 calories in the entire recipe (so it's ok to have 2)
Place the juice of 2 lemons, 2/3 cup water, 2 cups ice, and 2 stevia packets into a blender. Blend away and adjust sweetness as you like!

Skinny Girl's Mojito

150 calories of pure deliciousness!
Fill a martini shaker with 1 cup ice. Add 6 lime wedges, 1 1/2 tbsp. lime juice, and 2 tbsp. torn fresh mint leaves. Muddle lime and mint with a pestle or a long spoon until well-bruised and fragrant. Next, combine 1/2 tsp. warmed honey, 2 oz. rum, and 4 oz. club soda; stir gently to dissolve honey. Add to muddled mixture; stir until mixture is well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice; garnish with mint and lime, if desired.
